This document is comprised of a collection of updated preliminary parameters for the key parts of the muon collider. The updated preliminary parameters follow on from the October 2023 Tentative Parameters Report. Particular attention has been given to regions of the facility that are believed to hold greater technical uncertainty in their design and that have a strong impact on the cost and power consumption of the facility. The data is collected from a collaborative spreadsheet and transferred to overleaf.

The Neutrino Slice at Muon Colliders
hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10
Beam-induced neutrinos at a muon collider would yield around 10^11 interactions per year in the main detector, enabling precision electroweak and neutrino measurements.

The Scaffold Effect: How Prompt Framing Drives Apparent Multimodal Gains in Clinical VLM Evaluation
cs.AI 2026-03 unverdicted novelty 6.0 of 10
Merely mentioning MRI availability in the prompt drives 70-80% of apparent multimodal F1 gains in clinical VLMs, even when no imaging is present.

Fermion-Portal Dark Matter at a High-Energy Muon Collider
hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10
At a 10 TeV muon collider, fermion-portal dark matter mediators could be discovered up to about 4.7 TeV, and including the muon parton distribution in simulations lowers the predicted reach and changes signal shapes.

Searching for neutrino self-interactions at future muon colliders
hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10
A forward detector at a future muon collider could detect neutrinophilic scalar production via wrong-sign muons, improving neutrino self-interaction limits by about two orders of magnitude.

Neutrino-Portal Dark Matter Detection Prospects at a Future Muon Collider
hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10
A 10 kg forward neutrino detector at a 3 TeV muon collider could probe neutrinophilic scalar mediators down to couplings that reach thermal freeze-out and freeze-in dark matter relic targets.
