We present the calculation of the atmospheric neutrino fluxes with an interaction model named JAM, which is used in PHITS (Particle and Heavy-Ion Transport code System). The JAM interaction model agrees with the HARP experiment a little better than DPMJET-III. After some modifications, it reproduces the muon flux below 1~GeV/c at balloon altitudes better than the modified-DPMJET-III which we used for the calculation of atmospheric neutrino flux in previous works. Some improvements in the calculation of atmospheric neutrino flux are also reported.

Composite asymmetric dark matter with a dark photon portal: Multimessenger tests
Decaying composite dark matter in the 1 to 10 GeV mass range is most strongly constrained by AMS-02 positron data, needing lifetimes above roughly 10^26 seconds.

Reduction of the Uncertainty in the Atmospheric Neutrino Flux Prediction Below 1 GeV Using Accurately Measured Atmospheric Muon Flux
A variation-based analysis shows that constraining atmospheric muon flux with precision data can reduce sub-GeV atmospheric neutrino flux uncertainty, most effectively when muons are measured at 3000-5000 m altitude sites.

Super-Kamiokande Strongly Constrains Leptophilic Dark Matter Capture in the Sun
Super-Kamiokande data constrains the DM-electron scattering cross-section for leptophilic dark matter to ~4e-41 cm2 below 100 GeV, exceeding direct detection by over an order of magnitude.
