We study the quantum evolution of black holes immersed in a de Sitter background space. For black holes whose size is comparable to that of the cosmological horizon, this process differs significantly from the evaporation of asymptotically flat black holes. Our model includes the one-loop effective action in the s-wave and large N approximation. Black holes of the maximal mass are in equilibrium. Unexpectedly, we find that nearly maximal quantum Schwarzschild-de Sitter black holes anti-evaporate. However, there is a different perturbative mode that leads to evaporation. We show that this mode will always be excited when a pair of cosmological holes nucleates.

Unveiling horizons in quantum critical collapse
Semiclassical quantum corrections in critical collapse yield a finite mass gap and transition from classical Type II to quantum Type I behavior, providing a quantum enforcement of weak cosmic censorship.

Cosmological pole-skipping, shock waves and quantum chaotic dynamics of de Sitter horizons
Pole-skipping in Schwarzschild-de Sitter predicts superluminal and imaginary butterfly velocities, confirmed by shock wave analysis, hinting at nonlocal and non-Hermitian dual dynamics.

The Fate of Nucleated Black Holes in de Sitter Quantum Gravity
Nucleated maximal-mass black holes in de Sitter space undergo thermal Hawking evaporation in smooth quantum states and return fully to the empty de Sitter vacuum.

Gravitons on Nariai Edges
The one-loop graviton path integral on S² × S^{d-1} factorizes into a bulk thermal graviton gas partition function in Nariai geometry and an edge contribution from shift-symmetric fields on S^{d-1}.

The fate of Reissner--Nordstr\"om--de Sitter black holes: nonequilibrium discharge and evaporation
Semiclassical RN-dS evaporation via 2D dilaton gravity and anomaly flux yields monotonic neutral mass loss and rapid discharge, making classical equilibrium loci non-attractors and leading to empty de Sitter space.

The fate of Schwarzschild--de Sitter black holes: nonequilibrium evaporation
In the Unruh–de Sitter state the anomaly flux J=(N/48π)(κ_b²−κ_c²) is positive throughout the static patch, so every neutral SdS black hole evaporates monotonically and only the Nariai limit has zero flux.

A Dynamical Systems Framework for Reinforcement Learning Safety and Robustness Verification
The claimed RL safety verification framework is absent from the manuscript; the body text is an unrelated high-energy physics paper about de Sitter horizon chaos.
