We present photometry and a preliminary interpretation of a UBVR survey of the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds. We determine improved values for the relative number of blue and red supergiants. We also compare the relative number of Red Supergiants (RSGs) and Wolf-Rayet stars, demonstrating a strong, tight correlation with metallicity, and reinvestigate the initial mass function slope of massive stars found in the field.

Hector Galaxy Survey: Linking the low- and high-mass ends of the initial mass function in star-forming galaxies
Simultaneous measurement of low- and high-mass IMF slopes in 214 star-forming galaxies reveals diversity, weak correlation between ends, and links to stellar mass, star formation rate, and metallicity.

Constraints on Binarity for the Extreme Oe Variable Star AzV 493
Chandra non-detection and heterogeneous RV data leave AzV 493's putative highly eccentric companion unconfirmed, with only L_X < 2.5e33 erg/s and conditional mass lower limits if RV variations are real.

The Wolf-Rayet Content of the Galaxies of the Local Group and Beyond
A review of Wolf-Rayet star surveys showing that newly completed samples and updated models now broadly agree on how the WC/WN ratio varies with metallicity.
