abstract
A systematic calculation for the transition form factors of heavy to light mesons ($B,B_s,D,D_s \to \pi, K, \eta, \rho, K^*, \omega, \phi$) is carried out by using light-cone sum rules in the framework of heavy quark effective field theory. The heavy quark symmetry at the leading order of $1/m_Q$ expansion enables us to reduce the independent wave functions and establish interesting relations among form factors. Some relations hold for the whole region of momentum transfer. The meson distribution amplitudes up to twist-4 including the contributions from higher conformal spin partial waves and light meson mass corrections are considered. The CKM matrix elements $|V_{ub}|$, $|V_{cs}|$ and $|V_{cd}|$ are extracted from some relatively well-measured decay channels. A detailed prediction for the branching ratios of heavy to light meson decays is then presented. The resulting predictions for the semileptonic and radiative decay rates of heavy to light mesons ($B,B_s,D,D_s \to \pi, K, \eta, \rho, K^*, \omega, \phi$) are found to be compatible with the current experimental data and can be tested by more precise experiments at B-factory, LHCb, BEPCII and CLEOc.

Semileptonic sum rules in heavy-to-light charm decays
A sum rule among LFU ratios R^{mu e} for c to d l nu decays holds within 1% under current NP bounds, yielding a prediction for the unmeasured R_n^{mu e} in Lambda_c to n l nu.

New Physics effects with right-handed neutrinos in semileptonic decay $B_c^+ \to B_s \mu^+ \nu_{\mu}$
Right-handed neutrino operators constrained by charm data are predicted to shift the lepton polarization asymmetry and convexity in B_c -> B_s mu nu away from the Standard Model, offering a way to distinguish new phys...

Vector mesons leading-twist longitudinal distribution amplitudes and related semi-leptonic decays within QCD sum rules
New QCD sum-rule calculation gives ξ-moments up to tenth order and PLP-model distribution amplitudes for ρ, K*, φ, which are then used to recalculate D_(s)→V semileptonic observables.

Angular observables and branching ratio for $B_s\to \phi \ell^+ \ell^-$ decay
Using the covariant confined quark model, the paper predicts branching fraction, F_L, A_FB and optimized angular observables for B_s → φ ℓ+ℓ− and finds broad agreement with LHCb data.

The rare decay $B^+ \to K^+\ell^+\ell^-(\nu\bar{\nu})$ under the QCD sum rules approach
A QCD light-cone sum-rule calculation with the authors' kaon distribution amplitudes predicts B(B+ to K+ nu nubar) = 4.14 x 10^-6 and B(B+ to K+ l+l-) around 6.6 x 10^-7, consistent with other SM estimates.
