We prove that for a toric manifold $M$, any graded ring isomorphism $H^\ast(M) \to H^\ast(\prod_{i=1}^{m}\CP^{n_i})$ is induced by a diffeomorphism $\prod_{i=1}^m \CP^{n_i} \to M$.
