Rivet user manual
read the original abstract
This is the manual and user guide for the Rivet system for the validation and tuning of Monte Carlo event generators for high energy physics. As well as the core Rivet library, this manual describes the usage of the rivet program and the AGILe generator interface library. The depth and level of description is chosen for users of the system, starting with the basics of using validation code written by others, and then covering sufficient details to write new Rivet analyses and calculational components.

Deciphering compressed electroweakino excesses with MadAnalysis 5
MadAnalysis 5 v1.11 adds efficiency-table handling, reference-frame observables, and statistical tools, then applies them to two ATLAS Run-2 analyses of compressed electroweakino signatures inside the NMSSM.

TMD parton distributions from parton showers
Effective TMD parton distributions are derived from PYTHIA8 and HERWIG6 parton showers and compared with those from the Parton Branching method.

An Introduction to PYTHIA 8.2
PYTHIA 8.2 is a mature C++ event generator that combines hard processes, parton showers, multiparton interactions, and string fragmentation into a complete simulation framework for high-energy collisions.
