The Cartan-K\"ahler theorem for exterior differential systems on transitive Lie algebroids
Two versions of the Cartan-Kähler theorem are proved for EDS on transitive Lie algebroids with surjective anchor, together with an illustrative example and an application to the invariant inverse variational problem.
