This paper describes the organization of the database and the catalog data products from the Pan-STARRS1 $3\pi$ Steradian Survey. The catalog data products are available in the form of an SQL-based relational database from MAST, the Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes at STScI. The database is described in detail, including the construction of the database, the provenance of the data, the schema, and how the database tables are related. Examples of queries for a range of science goals are included. The catalog data products are available in the form of an SQL-based relational database from MAST, the Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes at STScI.

  1. The Random Transiter -- EPIC 249706694/HD 139139

    astro-ph.EP 2019-06 accept novelty 8.0

A K2 target exhibits 28 non-periodic transit-like events with no more than four consistent with any periodic orbit, passing basic data-quality checks but unexplained by conventional transit or activity models.

  2. A 3D Dust Map Based on Gaia, Pan-STARRS 1 and 2MASS

    astro-ph.GA 2019-05 unverdicted novelty 6.0

A new 3D dust reddening map with finer distance resolution, a spatial correlation prior, and Gaia-based distances covering the sky north of -30 degrees declination out to several kiloparsecs.

  3. A Census of the 200 Most Massive Galaxies Spectroscopically Observed with JWST at zspec $\sim$3-15

    astro-ph.GA 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 5.0

JWST prism spectroscopy of 200 massive galaxies at z~3-15 shows normal star-forming galaxies dominate at z>6 while dusty systems and quiescent galaxies increase at lower redshift, with evidence for multiple quenching ...

  4. The Pan-STARRS1 Surveys

    astro-ph.IM 2016-12 unverdicted novelty 5.0

Pith review generated a malformed one-line summary.

  5. Relative frequencies of core-collapse supernovae as a function of metallicity: observations vs theoretical predictions

    astro-ph.HE 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 4.0

Observations show a slight rise in stripped-envelope supernovae relative to hydrogen-rich ones at higher metallicities, with binary-interaction or rotation models able to match the trends though no unique scenario fits best.
